There's no better way to say motorcycle riders & enthusiasts FK-off because American motorcycle haters and harley riders will govern your sport as they'll go to the venue for the Taylor Swift concert instead of a motorsports race. All the lost FAN revenue will be recovered with a Netflix drama. It is not about racing and not about the FANS it is about creating a Entertainment venue where the riders are just the clowns of the circus. The liberty media genius is replacing flag/umbrella girls with football cheerleaders, racing fans with wnnabe social media celebrities and on track action with off track nonsense. Someone needs to do a "Real American Genius" commercial for this

Liberty Media is a cancer for Moto GP!!!👎
@hansverhoeven9459 Says:
On a personal basis I can see big improvements. Having the whole race-weekend time to do my own things while saving a lot of money. Goodby MotoGP, it's been a hell of a ride since 1976. You've lost a loyal friend.
@williamford9564 Says:
I can't see the regulators approving this Liberty owning F1 and MotoGP will be seen by the regulators as having unchecked power over track owners. Liberty to XXXX track ( say Zandvoort): "To get an F1 race, you also have to agree to a Moto GP race date, and by the way that means you pay us two sanctioning fees'."
@Nefus1988 Says:
Noooooooooo
@arifinbali3757 Says:
Please don't ban grid girls.
@dayleashleynolasco5765 Says:
I wonder what Championship they will surrender or sell to get the approval of the European Competition Commission. I predict it will be World Superbikes & MotoE. That way the 2 Championship will finally get the chance to do what they want without DoRNA's guidance like before. Just to make it right.

I don't know. Like or dislike this, Liberty Media is superpower now! 💪 Hopefully they are not ruining MotoGP™ too much. For me, just wait and see..... #RamadanKareem2024 03/04/2024 00:28 AM At My Local Time.
@pete5534 Says:
This is kinda like being in high school and finding your favourite indie band has signed with a major label. However, this is bound to be much worse. Liberty is a media company first and foremost, and are keen to turn the racers into soap opera stars or trained seals. One of the great joys of MotoGP is not just the finest racers anywhere, but the presentation (tv coverage) is incredible - in Canada we’re able to watch the entire race day broadcast commercial-free. Please Liberty, we don’t need another dog & pony show.
@tonyroberts7481 Says:
Great, now they are going to ruin a whole new category. 😢
@user-be2qf7go3x Says:
It’s absolute bullshit is what it is
@petersauer94 Says:
Let's hope they don't add extra 8 rounds of races 😢
@Lonelyplanet3 Says:
Finally we can have hybrid races.
@mdg163 Says:
There has already been the question posted on MotoGP twitter asking who people would like to see wave the chequered flag. So I won't be at all surprised if it turns into another cringefest crap show full of "celebrities" who couldn't give a toss about the sport, they're just there to be seen.
@bernardoberner4 Says:
Im caustiously optimistic about this one. Like MotoGP way more than F1 and I do believe Liberty can maximise the potential of the sport
@fredflintstone1 Says:
This is a sad day for MotoGp, 😞 ⚰⚰⚰⚰⚰⚰⚰⚰
@michaelcourtney4969 Says:
So moto go are fonna have a load of street rracka inthe usa then?
@BukanBANGSABanci Says:
As a person without much knowledge about motorsport, why are many MotoGP fans so bothered by this acquisition? Could someone explain the reason?
@iggy11o1 Says:
As long as liberty media does put Michael masi in charge of motoGP it should be fine
@Patch801 Says:
Say goodbye to grid girls.
@ttronan Says:
The liberty media is a mixed bag but they have brought more exposure to f1 and hoping for same for motogp. Expect a drive to survive Netflix series for motogp. Also someone had mentioned about f1 intentions to hold motogp event during the formula one weekend to spice up the event and I now see it happening eventually, especially at the circuit of America race track.
@iyadkamhiyeh527 Says:
RIP MOTO GP!
@mrbungle3310 Says:
RIP here we go at monopolizing motorsport...or because in europe moto gp is much more fun to newbies maybe theyll dump f1
@MrLediogjergjani81 Says:
This great
@LittleBigMediaCo Says:
Can't see this getting past EU monopoly laws. Imagine the size of the gun this gives Liberty to negotiate with circuit owners and promoters which are still based mainly in the EU. The risks of extortion are waaay to high.
@GreatYTShark Says:
Great they can ruin my other favourite sport!
@Blackbullet_racing Says:
Liberty is gonna ruin moto gp now 😂 wrc watch out your next 😢
@briantenpow9469 Says:
Real sad. Liberty Media wrecking F1 and they will do the same with MotoGP. Very foolish move @MotoGP!
@SkankHunt007 Says:
And just like that, we have a monopoly 😀🔫
@riccardo-nr4 Says:
Looking forward to see the fruits of this operation. As former F2 Race engineer and motorbike enthusiast, we must admit that MotoGP lags behind in many respects, first thing first: safety. Then bikers fairness, commentatory level, technical analysis, technical insights. MotoGP is going to benefit indeed.
@Rezcuz Says:
Time for them to Americanise MotoGP just like they've done with F1
@1994darbinator Says:
I thought this was an April fools when I first heard...
@carnutzomari Says:
Wtf this is crazy
@RaptorV1USA Says:
This is likely to be the end of MotoGP for real fans and it'll become a complete farce like F1 is today. Catering solely to a new legion of extremely casual Netflix or some other media driven "docuseries" exposure generated "fans" Enjoy the last few years Dorna is allowed to run it but expect Liberty to start messing with it sooner than later...these guys don't Fk around, they will want to pull their $4.2 BILLION+++++ back out of it ASAP! And then milk it for all it's worth.
@Dremansworld Says:
Such a shame. Turned F1 into more of a cheap soap opera and to hell with actual racing. Going to ruin moto gp
@mgf1_official Says:
I have never watched MotoGP but I’m excited for this
@Codi95 Says:
The worst day to do it
@RobvanGooswilligen Says:
Libarty media must stay away from the ruls and changes of the MotoGP/WorldSuperbike because then you will get the same as in Formula 1 that Redbull racinf remains dominant. That would be a shame for the spectators who have to pay so much for a ticket.
@MrFatdaz Says:
If MotoGP goes down the same American route as F1 then it’s fucked! This crowd seems hell bent on forgetting about the values of racing, they just want showbiz 😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
@MrScottr1958 Says:
Makes no financial sense.
@marino8034 Says:
Liberty Media are a cancer.
@Ridabu Says:
Aprils fools? Anyways, if MotoGp becomes woke with pride flags etc, I will simply stop watching and paying for it. And thousands will do the same.
@DLNix Says:
Not a Liberty Media fan but i wish they would buy Indycar. Roger's team are the wrong guys to try and move sport forward for new fans or innovation. LM contacted RP 3 times recently and he's a stubborn rich old man won't entertain offer. MotoGP has better on track action vs F1 so be curious what LM does to bring in new fans.
@tonyp1967 Says:
Liberty Media F*****-up F1 so now they are going to F***-up Moto GP too - Brilliant. Used to be a motorsport fan, not any more.
@TheJGJR9 Says:
as long as netflix stays away im fine😂 as an american man you euro guys sure do make a sick sport that u guys seem to not want to own😂
@TheJGJR9 Says:
liberty plz stay away from ama supercross
@baronvandedem3997 Says:
Americans will eat this like fine bbq steak. Get your Liberty stock today boys ;-)
@manavmishra9071 Says:
