Had the game gotten to Ohtani’s spot, the Dodgers could’ve won, but they unfortunately dropped Game 1. However, this is just setting the stage for them to win the next two games and clinch the division in dramatic fashion. Ohtani will hit home runs off Cease and Musgrove, and the Padres will go down in MLB history as the team that allowed a Dodgers player to achieve the historic 55/55.💙👏
