Penalties are never given for exceeding track limits only once but multiple times. Drivers need to realise that their overtaking moves need to be completed within the bounds of circuit.

I want to hear a clear definition of āmoving under brakingā. The term is so vague to me. What actually qualifies? Does it mean changing direction in the braking zone? Then that would mean there needs to be some level of steering input. Do we measure the steering input and say anything over a certain threshold proves guilt? Does it mean that you have to stay perfectly in line on the track like if you enter the braking zone with one car length on the left and to car lengths on the right then you have to maintain that margin till the end. So this would be to say you are not allowed to enter a braking zone at any angle?
Everyone seems to have vague explanations for this. They just say āmovingā under braking. As long as there is such a vague grey area, we will continue to have the issues

12:43 false. There are track limit penalties because running off the track here allows you to recover. If instead of white lines there were gravel traps, violating track limits means your car is beached. Those limit penalties are imposed so that there's an actual penalty.
