Vasseur has the resources he needs at Ferrari; it's keeping upper management interference out, and getting convincing the team that they can do the job that is what ultimately takes down Scuderia heads

All jokes aside, it might be a good thing that he doesn't speak Italian fluently because sometimes it's better to not know what the Italian press is all about. Helpt Jean Todt , surely it will help Fred.

Great leader ! haven't had this much confidence in Ferrari since the Arrivabene days(who was wrongfully sacked) Fred has made a huge impact in just one and a half year , Ferrari have drastically improved operationally under him and make less mistake , can't imagine what Ferrari will look like under him after 2 , 3 years cause it's looking good so far
