Murray, Wawrinka, Monfils could have stopped played long back.... but love of the tour holds them.
@rijulgupta1597 Says:
Honestly man the amount of effort he has put in to make give himself a chance to end his career on a competitive level against the top level is commendable. That injury is a career ender and still he came back and did gave it his all. A true legend of the game. I so wish he gets to end his career feeling healthy and with some match wins. People might not include him in the big 4, but he was the only human amongst us who could challenge and sometimes topple the 3 big aliens who ruled the game of tennis for almost 2 decades. That itself deserves a lot of respect. A great role model. A great champion.

@brian7193 Says:
I can understand that Andy is gutted because he never likes to give in to an opponent or injury,I know Andrew castle was saying that Andy would not be happy at losing to players he would usually beat,but I look at it from the other side of the coin even after a hip replacement he is still beating guys half his age and eon a title last year,but I think Andy will retire after the Olympics if he makes it,but given Andy broke the hoodoo of a British player winning wimbledon,the gold medal at the Olympics,world no1,and his brother world no1 in doubles,I think it's time to put a statue at wimbledon to honour what the Murray brothers have achieved
@connaeris8230 Says:
Yeah at this point he should retire... Playing any longer would probably just injure his body more. I get that he likes it, but it would've happened quite soon anyway. This is the darker side of being an athlete, you only get to do it for so long... But he could always become a coach like Ivanisevic and Ferrero did.

I'm sorry, this hurts worse than Rafa and Fed. Andy was the true underdog who represented the best of the rest and has the best combined record against the big 3. He is my 2nd favorite player and I will truly miss his tenacious play. ❤
