Pga central nothing more than propaganda tool of pga tour and since Roy refuses to be the tool of the pga anymore they will block him from any decision making. As long as pga refuses to work honestly with LIV its numbers will continue to tank. PGA tournament next week invited Taylor Gooch to play. According to owgr his ranking is 624th in world rankings which shows what the owgr is just a tool of pga tour LIV blockers it looks like PGA tournament realizes to really be considered a Major they can no longer exclude the top players on LIV tour 😉⛳️😇😊

What?? Is the golf channel suddenly liking Saudi blood money? Hell yes, this is an “existential crisis.” The “clowns” very existence is at stake because it’s their circus. The PGAT players have every right to be calling the shots. It’s their tour. Arnie and Jack were not clowns. Eamon, you’re welcome to drink the soup.

It doesn’t matter who you have on that board, Jack Nicklaus, Bobby Jones or John Wayne, the real issue on the table and has always been when there are corporate take overs, will top management still get their salaries and bonuses as usual? As soon as they moved from non-profit to corporate, the PGAT is now answerable to investors and shareholders. They no longer have the iron hand as they did with the players and the money distribution. PIF will not agree to being a “ yes man “ partner. Its their money, they call the shots. In the end, the PGAT shot themselves in the foot for banning players, who would’ve played at no cost to them while LIV forks out hundreds of millions to play their tour. Lack of foresight and stupidity is a lethal combination.

Some really good points. I think tiger being involved is a big issue. He’s a legend on the course but I think he is not necessarily a good business leader
@enorth15 Says:
Why would the LIV guys want to go back to the PGA tour?? They have it much better on the LIV tour, that's why they left. Maybe they will combine the 2 tours but the PGA Tour will not call the shots. Saudis have all the money and don't need to combine with the PGA Tour.

Eamon really knows how to suck the air out of a room. What a wet blanket. This is golf, not anything serious. He’s entirely lost perspective.

Too many headlines for Rory!!! he should never be part of any PGA board! why? he seems to be the one enjoying most when beating US in the past Ryder Cup, despite the fact that he is rich thanks to playing in US, etc etc etc etc etc.
@BangBang-np9nm Says:
Who cares what McIllroy does. Let the cry baby go to LIV

Eamon says it's revenge for June 6th. Some would use the word justice. Eamon dare not question Monahan but when he goes hopefully so do these two dopes.
@Noeau Says:
It still feels like in Ryder cup terms, Rory is the enemy and is a conflict of interest for him to make decisions for the pga. Yes the pga includes the euro players from Ryder cup but none are in a controlling position. Just saying…

Rory should not be let back on
@scoopmendenhall1008 Says:
Liv golfers should not be able to come back it’s just that simple

Team Golf = The death of golf. No one cares about team golf.

No major wins in over a decade. On the downside of his career. Perfect for LIV

Just tell the truth, Rory was on the board, he "Quit" and now he wants back in, doesn't work that way. You can't just leave and come back when you want. He had his chance and he walked away from it. Eamon is such a homer, which is ok, he is taking care of his foreign players. Got it, but don't trash the current board members that stayed and now don't want Rory back. Did it ever occur to you that maybe the current board members felt betrayed when Rory quit? It's called life. Rory had his chance and he walked away.

Why won't the golf media identify who is on what sides
@jimdesmarchais2578 Says:
The problem is that the discussion keeps equating PIF with LIV. Rory wants the tour unified, but LIV is saying that a PIF agreement with the PGA Tour has no impact on LIV, and therefore, does not lead to unification.
@joeperrone6677 Says:
The current state of the PGA Tour is much like how the PGA Senior became in the early 2000's when a bunch of nobody's had taken over, TV ratings tanked and that are of the game was lost; less like the LPGA Tour issue of foreign players, who couldn't speak English dominating and just turning off the US fan base. Unless all the best players are on a single tour, the game will never grow - and, while there may be 192 people on the PGA tour, only about 40 really matter - used to be 60, but many of those have gone to LIV. It may end up that Professional Golf goes the way of NASCAR and becomes mostly irrelevant to all but the hard core fans, and that would be a shame.

It means Rory saying by his actions that monahans is a vagina.
