Surprisingly tesla is no where to be seen with their fake autopilot so far from all other manifacturer ... lol did elon lie lol yep
@PB777Youtube Says:
And after roborace failed, how will this seal a different fate
@nobass_stub1394 Says:
I watched the first AI car get overtaken by a 2nd hand F1 Driver in the same racing chassis and thought ..... "Well I'm ashamed to be a racing fan right now!" and turned the rubbish off straight away! I'll never get that 2min back in my life!
@reginagibson4942 Says:
Awesome, 4/27/24 Missouri Go team Lawrence
@derekbender Says:
Remember folks, do not anthropomorphize robots.
@TechnologistDXB Says:
Awesome concept to educate people on the advancement of ai in autonomous mobility.
@wyatt22293 Says:
I really don’t know if I absolutely hate this or not, but leaning towards this just all bad.
@AWB777 Says:
Lol what a scam. A glorified wind tunnel with spectators
@MaxxTMWillian Says:
Now that we don't have a human driver, i wish we see faster cars (more than 300 kph) and different track configuration that can check the limits of the aerodynamics and engineering of the cars. Thats promising!
@jeffreytenthije Says:
So is it possible to now go crazy and link the autonomous car to a simrig in the pitbox? IrlRacing?
@procatprocat9647 Says:
She? Surely the AI should choose their own pronouns 😂
@mohammadhosainusofimotlagh6295 Says:
Hmmmm
@akagainesy Says:
Its a shame Roborace seems to have stopped. Because that series was this and had two seasons which were pretty interesting. They were working towards having multiple cars on track, i think more than 4 though........ They also used a prototype chassis not open wheel. Be interested to see if any of the universities from Roborace move into this.
@_Diamond-Dog Says:
Gran turismo's " Sophie ' should be implemented at some piont
@serapeach6252 Says:
would sooner watch paint dry or grass grow.
@jonathanb1471 Says:
Lovely to see Alex Goy presenting here in his usual brilliant way!
@RaptorV1USA Says:
Note,...... virtually NO decent clips of a car much less multiple cars running on track together.
@PbPomper Says:
This is a really cool idea! Less worry about driver safety and more room for innovation and speed!
@quedeo Says:
Why are you making this 15 minute corporate advertisement seem like a real video? 🤦‍♂️
@VR46YAMAHA Says:
I’m not the greatest lover of E Sports, however I’d much rather watch E Sports where a human is actually controlling the car than driver less cars racing. What a pointless waste of resources an energy and hopefully it dies out relatively quickly.
@DaveMcIroy Says:
I'm saying for YEARS I want a crazy race league with AI only and cars going 500km/h, 10G and even loopings. Just thing way to dangerous for humans.
@CreakingJordans Says:
Jarno Opmeer cooking maybe?
@proesterchen Says:
I can't imagine that there are any significant number of people enough invested in the superiority of one software package over another to generate revenue for the endeavour.
@nieko3038 Says:
Governments will demand this. Take away the human factor will take away my interest. It is about human pushing the machine to the max. Losing interest in modern cars already. Guess it’s interesting for these tech people. Doubt people would embrace this as real racing.
@Mclaren4521 Says:
Stick it in a Red Bull and see if it can beat Max😀
@theenlightenment765 Says:
Don’t see the point of this at all. Motorsport is about driving skill.
@shuddafukkup Says:
Can’t wait for one of the cars to disconnect and go into Turn 1 like an Forza lobby 😂
@robbchastain3036 Says:
Who knew R/C cars would come to this? Fine for research but who would ever want to watch all those Robbie the Robots connecting the dots. And for the consumer, a little radar, a little assistance is fine for those who want to pay the extra bucks for it, but lots of us don't want that, just give us a manual transmission and roll-up windows and don't bother with the console TV in the middle of the dash. And, okay, some chrome and color and a body by Pininfarina, too. 😀
@gustavocavalcanti86 Says:
If diversity must be pronounced, therefore isn't natural at all.
@mrbungle3310 Says:
i have no issue with this...ai will never replace drivers,they will just add maybe a new category
@IntrinsicPalomides Says:
Sounds very interesting overall and being an IT person myself this is something i'd definitely watch.
@MichaelRCarlson Says:
Nope. This isn't motorsport. It's messing with robots. It's maybe pushing technology. It's definitely removing humans and the human experience and relation from yet another thing.
@albertoganitsky7012 Says:
Astonishing and very interesting, one question though, you mentioned the people involbed including engineers, but… No mechanics? Whi changes tyres, refuel, put together, etc?
@cloud86 Says:
As a formula 1 fan this seems entertaining in a completely different way, in F1 it’s all about drivers and performance which I love, and A2RL focuses way more on the engineers perspective, it would be more interesting to see how much they improve between races rather than just watch the races alone
@ocelotrevs Says:
Interesting.
@HoneyBadgerFarm Says:
Can we may make journalist autonomous before we get rid of race card drivers?
@lonestranger Says:
Pleasantly surprised to see & hear Alex Goy here.
@HootMaRoot Says:
They can't make autonomous driver aids any worse than they already are. Ford's anti collision aids in their cars has caused 2 accidents I know of, and my brother in law had to get someone to remove it from his car as it almost made him swerve into oncoming traffic a few times rolling up to a bus stopped on the road dropping someone off
@ncurtoni Says:
roborace tried to do that on 2015 https://www.youtube.com/@Roborace/videos
@GozuTenno962 Says:
The whole fun of the sport is to see the drivers show off their skills and endurance and not this scam.
@TyMackey Says:
The question still remains.... What happens when two computers play each other in chess?
@eleycki Says:
Trying to advance road cars by being yet another race car! 🤦🏻‍♂️
@kevinn570 Says:
Just the video I needed great job covering this new series.
