Why was GR not given at least a 10 second penalty, after he broke F1 track rules, as highlighted above, when he forced Piastri 'off track' after deliberately bumping out?
As GR already has a 5 season history of having the most 'on track' collisions with other drivers, in F1 history, why does the F1 & FIA continue to allow him to brake these very important rules??

Boring race number 4 of the season. I am a Max supporter, but laat year I could also enjoy the fight going on begind on a number of occasions. This year there has just been hardly any racing. Overtakes without fight are not interesting at all, it is better to see driers close with few passes.
