I love liv golf for the simple reason they are teaching the pga that you can't own a sport. This argument isn't actually about the sport it's about control and money.

Instead of being revered..now reviled
@patriot4usa Says:
Every single male golfer has dreamed of winning the Masters or the Open but not a single one has ever dreamed of winning a LIV tourney, and they never will. It's a joke.
@jeffmack4995 Says:
So we'll have to wait and see who Jon Rahm picks for his LIV team? How about this, who cares! Again another guy who is full of crap. You did it for the money, plain and simple! How much money do you need man? First of all, he won't play enough to stay sharp for the majors and he'll run out of time to be a player who will be remembered. Nobody talks about Bubba or Cam Smith or even Dustin Johnson anymore. Same thing will happen to Rahmbo!! Jeff Mack oh yeah and Phil who????
@jwbjpb1338 Says:
More proof that we can be bought and sold by the bad guys. China will soon do this too.
@MrErnestCC Says:
Both golf leagues are quite dull. Pga was entertaining 25 years ago but now I prefer watching YouTube golf. LIV golf is tacky.
@mitchweinstock8532 Says:
This is a clear sign that money is all that matters 😢..
@mitchweinstock8532 Says:
Does he get to have lunch with Putin and the Saudis ..
@acidtop Says:
Not so much on this thread, but these people I hear who are completely disgusted with LIV and players jumping ship, they mention it’s not in the spirt of the game and it’s ruining the tradition of golf etc etc, they make me laugh. Those days of golf along with the modern society we live in are gone. People get over it, who cares they get paid millions more, if it affects you so much you genuinely have a problem. Enjoy the drama, at the end of the day it is just golf (I love golf, but it does need a perspective. Peace.
@stuarthillier2156 Says:
It's a tough one for the PGA. There is no doubt that the Saudis are intent to control the game of Golf. If anyone thinks that they will do a deal where the PGA keeps all the control and get a load of money invested by PIF, that will never happen. $500million for ONE Golf player is actually laughable, and as much as people think Saudi will just throw billions around year after year, they actually won't. This is their rapid hostile takeover of Golf and if it costs them $2-3 billion to do it, then kudos to them. Interesting to see many comments celebrating Golf being bought by Saudi Arabia. The Saudi's have no real interest in growing the game of golf or it's history and traditions. It wants to diversify it's economy from Oil and controlling Golf will make them money. No other reason.

Bye Jon 👋

Your done.
@Vast0ne Says:
Oh the outrage, you cowards of the Peacock Golf world see it crumbling down more and more everyday and still have nothing more than pitiful whining because you can't control it. You block anyone who ever stands up to your crap
@wreckim Says:
I hope they get every Major player from the PGA and Europe etc...pay them $200M each to shoot 80 or whatever, listen to music, wear shorts and party. You can forget the Tiger days of going for the green on the 18th from 210 out, over water, on a par 5; and make a memory that will last forever. Why? He didn't really get paid for that, he got like a million...peanuts. I hope Tiger joins, and I hope Jack joins and breaks a 100. You win a Major, go to LIV and collect your $200M....who would say not to that?? Except for idiot Tiger, who still thinks his 82 PGA Tour wins and 15 Majors mean anything.
@cvgolfs Says:
The tour did it to themselves
@smw4628 Says:
How could he possibly turn down that money?
@PaulRavenhill Says:
Your just like Ronaldo and all the other high profile footballers moving to the Middle East cos let’s face it there leagues and trophies are shite! You only went for the money!
@Bobby-rq5eg Says:
Jon Rahm will now singlehandedly give the Saudis all the leverage in the world when negotiating a deal come January and that's contemptible - all because of greed!!! Jon -"It's not all about money you know. I like that the PGA is a meritocracy with a rich history and legacy. You want to have a career that you can be proud of." What a double-faced deceitful character he is.....just like Monahan!!!
@RK-jc8oe Says:
Don’t allow slim in any majors. Sellout

What a pig 🐖
@arethereanyuniquehandles Says:
For PGAT players, it is probably now or never, if you want to upfront pay deal. Likely to disappear before long. Wonder who else we are going to see jump. For top golfers, it really is about the majors, not the John Deer classic.
@JustinEsquibel Says:
He just announced it on him instagram page
@enorth15 Says:
Another washed up player goes to LIV. 🤣
@carsonkelly2123 Says:
Jon going to a Tour backed by the Country that killed hundreds of people and 343 first responders. Don’t let the door hit you in the *** on the way out!

@glennsimpson6749 Says:
I never have and never will watch LIV Golf so it will be a great shame not seeing Jon on the PGA tour. But will luckily still get to see him at the Majors..
@jettrink7510 Says:
Good... I don't like seeing him anyway.
@matthewmp111 Says:
Congratulations Big Jon! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for a team.
@jeremy1399 Says:
Let’s go!!! Rahm is a smart man unlike everyone that turned down LIV. We need to build up LIV which is future of golf and PGA tour can just be the 4 majors which only matters anyway
@coreyvanular6195 Says:
Good
@steventinker3958 Says:
PGA is outdated, time to keep up with the times.
@Raydington Says:
Also the Pga Tour/Golf Channel should not be making the mistake of thinking Liv wouldn't go to 72 holes. Not if but when that happens they'll really have a problem.
@winstonbradford2362 Says:
It's ok as long as he resigns from the PGA and the Euro tours. Go for the money if that's what he wants. Good riddance. Jack, Arnold, Walter, Bobby and Tiger will always be the greats. 99% of LIV golfers will never see the golf Hall of Fame, never. 😢😢😢😢 I'm shock the Hall of Fame has not thrown Phil's stuff out the back door 😂😂😂😂 just joking folks.

Rahmbo was going to play pga and retire there but Jay's deceitful acts and ridick Saudi offer sealed it
@R_J_G Says:
People really care who wins the Phoenix open or whatever! Majors and get paid! He gets both. Imagine what good a Billion can do for the TW Foundation! Let’s find out!
@braydenboyko8525 Says:
How is it a surprise , after the way the players have been treated and everything 😂 if the 600 million is a real thing anyone would take that , tiger is by far the best golfer ever and he’s only made 120 million on tour in his whole career of now 27 years 😂 these contracts on LIV are usually only for a few years
@markhinde6187 Says:
Disrespecting and forgetting about any golfer who goes to LIV ! .... only if you are a PGA fan..... This hatred and constant ridiculing of LIV has made them stronger with an ever growing worldwide following, we are all to blame for all the bad publicity we have given, and keep giving them
@dukefan37923 Says:
Well, I guess I'll see Rahm play in the majors and that's it. Not that I have anything against LIV or Rahm, it's just not a watchable format for me.
@henrybiemba4301 Says:
I will be watching LIV golf from now onwards. John Rahmbo is one of my top 3 favorite golfers of all time alongside Tiger Woods and Rory Mcllroy. The next person I want to see join LIV is Rory McIlroy himself because he resigned from the PGA tour board and he has achieved so much at the PGA tour. What's next? The answer is LIV golf!!
@JP76511 Says:
LIV want to be the World Tour & they don’t even care about North America. PGAT needs to focus on growing the Tour in America & promoting US Born players.
@paulcontreras3264 Says:
The PGA Tour has never had control over this situation. The PGA Tour at every step was reactionary instead of proactive. The PGA Tour tried to shame the Saudis by calling them names "Blood Money" thinking that the PGA Tour players would want nothing to do with the Saudis. The fact that most people didn't understand that the Saudis were already involved in sports all over the world including the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour through companies they own or have an interest in directly or indirectly. The PGA Tour tried desperately to mislead the public about the facts hoping that it would sway public sentiment. All you have to do is Google the various sports leagues around the world including the US to realize it was just a matter of when not if.
@Cormac-jd2kx Says:
Hate the LIV clown format Not the golf we all know 😢
