Everybody was saying Russell was done. I tried telling everybody in the beginning of the year he would be our guy to lead us to a Super Bowl now what are you all saying?
@fuzzymonkey-qe1xp Says:
What a bunch of crybabies the Redskins are a good team but not good enough. Stop with the excuses

As a Washington fan, there were missed calls on both sides. It came down to Washington making mistakes. Pittsburgh didn't beat us. We beat ourselves. Pittsburgh is a solid, well coached team. I'm only disappointed in the missed plays that we had. Nonetheless, it was an entertaining game that lived up to the hype. Now it's on to Philly. If players like B Rob, Lattimore, Seibert and the o-line is healthy this time, I'm not worried about the Eagles. Yeah, they're a good team, but we had over 400 total yards against a top ranked defense. McLaurin alone had 115 receiving yards. We're number one on 4th down conversions, we come off with points with just about every red zone visit, and our defensive front consisting of Luvu, Payne, Newton, and Wagner will have Hurts running around all game. And any other defense that we play this season will be light work compared to Pittsburgh's. It's definitely a winnable game 🤷🏽‍♂️

I love my Steelers bro, but seeing Washington have their guy after seeing them lose RG3 brings me life.

Yeah Kyle, I just love when teams celebrate a "game winning" penalty! So awesome!! LOL 🤡

Jump was a rookie mistake this is when we was suppose to have our vet Allen in that situation.
@ItsMrDad Says:
Why aren’t they talking about the first down that was taken away from Washington at the end of the game ?
@MikeAndersonvinyloldies Says:
As a Steelers fan, I love how all the Commanders players just tried to pick dude up after that mistake. Definitely a different culture in DC. They are a really good team

@darrend6095 Says:
Nice win but I'm still suspect about the defense. Highest paid unit in the NFL ...they should be more shutdown
@pathutchison7688 Says:
It makes you wonder… if Tomlin coaches the Jets with the Steelers roster, would he have felt comfortable enough to go to Wilson when he did? Cuz if that doesn’t work in New York, it gets you fired. I think Tomlin knows he has the job security to make decisions like this without having to worry about losing his job if it doesn’t work out. Sometimes an NFL Coach has to risk his job in order to do his job. Tomlin deserves kudos for making that switch when most would have played it safe and stuck with Fields.
@josiahwilliams1441 Says:
The steelers greatest strength is its depth to be honest. Nobody is really talking about how our backups are filling in during key moments and holding their own for the most part. Imo
@shadowlazers Says:
Does it need any Superstars you mean like TJ watt Alex is Smith came a word Mika Fitzpatrick Joey Porter Jr Russell Wilson George Pickens nausea Harris yeah doesn't need any Superstars what are you talking about
@StephenLeak Says:
Justin will get a shot again, to much talent to just stand on the sideline
@jasonmckinney9938 Says:
WSH needs to learn how to put teams away earlier. Even with a 10 point lead in the 3rd qtr I knew they would let them back in it. They did it to the bengals, bears and giants too. This time it happened and they deserved it.
@oskinooa Says:
Down in the 4th qt i was actually calm with Russ if it was Pickett i wouldve broke something
@miterbenisdurty3862 Says:
Washington hasn't proven anything except they are better than last 20 years. Still not SB contenders.
@emrixenterprises1744 Says:
This game should have ended 30-28 Commanders.

It's nice seeing people believe on a national level. It wasnt perfect but the entire year has been progression. It's constant growth. Russ threw his first int in a close to two hundred attempts, but he responded well. And even the in the interview, I was impressed because as he said, it was like a punt (which was coming next) if it wasn't caught. It is very much so the experience and leadership that are helping so much. When we lost Ben, there was no vet outside an offensive lineman to really carry the team. When you get to the phase of taking a young QB again, you would ideally like to have a experienced team built around him. I learned something about Mike Tomlin in watching the interview after that game. He loves football in a different way. The way some people are called nerds for loving dungeons and dragons. They know absolutely every character, every play, every little nuance that the common player doesn't. That's a the king nerd. I mean this affectionately, not at all insulting. He nerded out on Camera. Completely football related but seeing the giggle accompanied by the grin. He was talking about next week and the Ravens, he was asked about comparing Daniels to Lamar Jackson. He didn't, he not only showed Lamar a lot of respect, it was the way he responded with "we call him Mr. Jackson" and carrying on with that. Listen to his voice. I can almost picture him as a kid with football cards, putting his fantasy team together and acting like that. 😂 In general I have had a great respect for his coaching, but have even more with the his ownership of the decision for the fake punt that failed. Before it was even brought up by the media he addressed it. Ever since they had the 11-0 start of 2020. That 11-0 felt hollow, knowing things were getting worse for the team. It finally feels like we are back to the winning ways. Still a lot of growth needed and gotta get more disciplined in some little things. Also have to credit WA for a good game. As much as they can argue being robbed on 4th down, a similar argument could be made for why Jaylen Warren was not whistled dead with forward progress. It was a good game and well well played on both sides. Both show young and developing teams, the players are all in sync and with the same mentality.

No nfl player is a kid you old farts.
@gr12321 Says:
Don’t get too full of yourselves, the Steelers aren’t that good. They had two weeks to prep and ended up beating an overrated team with multiple injured starters by one point. Wait ‘til they start playing games in division.
@walterleamy4623 Says:
Commanders future is bright. Great game yesterday. Experience won in the end
@showtimevegas Says:

@darrellstoney1142 Says:
Don’t worry you have really woke the young QB in Washington up..Happy for QB Wilson after the coach in Denver belittle him in Denver on the sidelines
@blahhhh352 Says:
The Commanders beat themselves, not Pittsburgh. A field goal in the third or fourth and they were cooked.
@SWIZZ_E Says:

Everyone outside of the Zabras and Pittsburgh knew Zac Ertz got that first down. My buddy Steelers fan was watching and said we got robbed on that call. Watt was also held in endzone

@marquischavonne Says:
Idk.. to say the Vikings were the best story through 4 weeks when the Commanders were doing what they were doing is a bit of a reach 😂

As a major Russ fan that endured the denver disses, my heart is happy to know that kyle and greeny, two russ haters, cheer for the bears and the jets
@elkmountain1114 Says:
Steelers got lucky, game could have went either way!
@austin_madore9417 Says:
Go Steelers🔥
@fibo2459 Says:
Steelers fan for 40 years here. Shout out to Peter for getting it. While Washington was up by 10, what came to my mind, is "How is Captain Russ going to rally THIS time." But I was confident he would. Then the Steelers D came up big, played their best game of the season shout out to Patrick Queen and to Alex Highsmith.
@russlasky6162 Says:
That was a first down
@SteelCourage Says:
It’s simple as it can be the better team won and the lesser team loss .. Washington spent the entire game making mistakes and not taking advantage of opportunities so they deserved to lose.
@Saharadesertdragon Says:
Russell Wilson wasn't the difference maker the zebras were with their rubbish ball placement and stopped the 1st down
@curtisosmun442 Says:
To those who don't follow the Steelers, ever since the front office replaced the retiring Kevin Colbert with Omar Khan, they have been on the trajectory towards excellence. Coaches, scouts, old veterans, new veterans, trades drafts; all working within a consistent cohesive team plan rebuilding the play on the field. I.E. - Exhibit - Undrafted free agents, turn into rookies, which then turned into important contributors - Jalen Warren and Beanie Bishop. Coach M T. is a hall of famer, but Omar has had a huge impact on this team.
