Andrey's play was significantly higher than Shelton's throughout this match but it was the break points for came at very opportune moments for Ben that led to the result. seems uncommon for the player with such higher match stats not end up the victor. Andrey also won many more points on Ben's serve throughout the match compared to Ben on Andrey's serve... weird match result in that sense but good to see this level from Rublev forza

Sadly Andrey has passed his prime based on his playing style. He is struggling to win players outside of top 10 these days. Things don’t come as straightforward as it was 8 years ago. Giron, Humbert and machac consistently wins him twice in a row. Even popyrin and nakashima finally won him during the second meeting. When he was in Hk, he was barely getting by JC and Arthur. Player like his caliber should be done 2 sets. It would be extreme luck to win a slam.
