A rollercoaster is the definition of Andrey’s game this season. But it all makes sense as he underwent two surgeries this season, one of which occurred literally two weeks ago, so we have to give some credit for fighting through these issues. He also stands as the only player this season who beaten both Sinner and Alcaraz, which is rather impressive of him despite all the setbacks. Don’t neglect the fact that he’s been a top 10 player for 5 seasons straight, so saying he’s inconsistent is just wrong. He will surely get better results and game-wise. Hope he will recover both physically and mentally and will get back to his normal self.
