Braves look mediocre at best. Everyone raves about the pitching staff and their stats but losing to the reds after being up 5-1 is sad. Johnson giving up the lead is also sad.

6-7th innings killed us. After such a great start. Just get back on the right track tonight and keep pushing. I’m already looking at that Mets series as make or break if we still have a chance by then. No matter what, we still chasing it til the very end. This team is very admirable after all they’ve lost and dealt with this season, can’t help but to respect it. Keep pushing if for no other reason, Chris Sale. Can’t wait to see him with a healthy Braves squad next year. #Braves

These Braves don’t seize on big opportunities. The Phillies had their sets of losing streaks but the Braves had theirs as well. San Diego and AZ lost and what do you know, the Braves gave another game away. Play well at the end of the year and get in, they are making things difficult on themselves.

This just cannot happen, especially in this type of wild card race and we give this game away. Felt like we left in Chavez for too long, and bullpen couldn’t get it done. So many chances for the offense also to add on but once again struggles with runners in scoring position. All of this when you desperately need wins to fight for a wild card spot. It’s one thing to lose but to give the game away it’s just agonizing. Now 2 games out of a wild card, no idea what to expect moving forward. #ForTheA

Both Teams have had a lot of injuries and I hate to see Williamson go out after battling to get back in the game after missing the majority of the season with a shoulder injury. That one hurt to watch. Here’s to hoping both teams can come out next year healthy, glad my reds are finishing the year strong!
