The Bengals have won three games against KC since 2021. Only one of those was in KC, which was also the only playoff win. The Chiefs won in KC in the playoffs the following year before winning the Super Bowl, and won there again last regular season with Burrow out for the year.

So the argument for why the Bengals might win is that sometimes the Bengals beat the chiefs. And using a playoff won they won by a field goal 3 years ago while ignoring that the next time they met when the Chiefs beat them. And ignoring how the chiefs aren't the same team that they were in 2021. They have a better defense and a improved offense from last year.
