The sad reality is the lack of support these players receive from the SRU and World Rugby to an extent. Lack of investment in the right board, players, coaches, support staff, infrastructure and grass roots has stifled growth and improvement in Samoa over many decades. The game has changed and teams like this and others have gone backwards.
