He’s a phenomenal receiver but to be the #4 highest paid WR in the nfl is insane. He was 7th in rec yards, 18th in rec TDs, and 31st in total receptions. He’s never made a pro bowl or all pro either. The only major plus to him is he’s been in the league 4 seasons and he’s improved consistently every single season. Still he shouldn’t be a top 10 paid WR let alone a top 5. If I was the 49ers I woulda wanted to see one more year before I paid him so I woulda franchise tagged him. If he would’ve held out despite the tag then I woulda traded him. No way I would’ve paid him what they paid him. Grats to Brandon on his payday tho.
