Hill is not a QB if he was a QB why isnt he the starting QB. Much like all these “Scrambling” QBs that are coming out of college in recent years they are a glorified RB with below avg passing at best. If you were to put them in the RB position they would get throttled. There’s a difference between a QB who can run if need but will throw first and a “QB” that thinks runs first because they can’t throw.
