I grew up with Nick Ahmed from T-Ball to Freshman baseball. He excelled at hitting with gap power and really good speed. He reminded me of Nomar Garciaparra growing up in the infield. Once I moved to NJ I got to see Rick Porcello pitch against my high school in Maplewood, NJ so I have seen amazing players up close in my high school career.

Nice comeback, but that was interference on the throw home on that chopper to third. His left leg prevented him from beating the throw home. It didn’t matter, but that was a missed call by the ump. I’m not surprised.
