Gotta be consistent, it all starts with one game. July 4th is the perfect launchpad point. Currently have a 2 game lead in the division over Houston. We've got the Bluejays at home, two games @ Padres four games @ Angels then All-Star break and then Astros at home. No difficult travel no switching time zones🤙🏾Meanwhile Astros are on their way from Toronto to play the Twins for a 3 game set. Then back to Houston for 3 games Marlins and 3 games Rangers. Julio finally remembered he could hit home runs and the Mariners finally remembered they know how to play baseball (i was beginning to wonder).
Still, I had a feeling it would be a good game after that first great play. Great job, Hani and Bliss and Rojas, curring down Henderson at 3rd, definitely saved at least one run from scoring since the next batter got a hit which would have let him score.
