THIS IS BOLSHOI MUCKRAKING, how do you get to the lead and finish runner up out of a field of 154 by lacking concentration????
@55rhill Says:
Paul McGinley is a whiny clown show. He wasn’t that good as a player and now he’s bad mouthing Bryson. Bryson won the tournament with that great recovery on 18. Who cares if this creep is a fan of LIV. The Golf Channel has become sh** and their announcers suck. Damon Hack is a racist dimwit. He’s so far ups Eldricks butt he’ll never get out.
@UrbanLikwid Says:
Rory talks all that crap about LIV and then loses against a LIV player, its called karma. What a sore loser he didn't even shake and congratulate him on the green when it was done.
@peterdelaney7061 Says:
Jaime Diaz is one of the best writers/commentators and has been for years. Not afraid to say it like it is but to do it thoughtfully and professionally. He is also not afraid to call out his peers when they are wrong (Chamblee). Class act
@wheresmyhandle Says:
“We’re going to remember the tragedy more than anything” Nah man, we’re going to remember how much disdain you golf channel and nbc guys have for Bryson and the fact a LIV guy won the US open Golf channel is obsolete
@TimWatson-yt5ou Says:
Rory needs to regroup, good idea to take a step away for a few weeks,needs a caddie who is not a friend.
@thegolfingmusician6345 Says:
I notice that nobody is crying over the putt Bryson missed on 15. Get over it. Rory lost to a guy that out scrambled the field! And for the record, Rory’s putt on 18 wasn’t for the win, it was for a tie. Bryson got up and down better than anyone and the bunker shot on 18 had a 1.7 percent chance of getting within 4 feet. The rest of the field was worn out trying to get up and down. Bryson earned it. It wasn’t given.
@Noeau Says:
The three main haters of LIv on the Golf Channel spewing their hypocritical comments. Their god, Brandel Chamblee was probably on air somewhere pretending to like what Bryson did because he had to publically.
@jbcarroll7190 Says:
These bone heads…They exist because of guys like BAD and Rory. And who gives a rat’s ass if Jaime is not a LIV fan?
@Rd-bi7vr Says:
I say this for Rorys sake : he is over rated and media wants fhe next Tiger and has in the process destroyed him by putting unreasknable expectations on his shoulder. Rory needs to "get his handicap up" so.to speak and so be nor noticed and come from.behind and win again on a sunday. And atop being a statesman for golf!
@loganrotha4246 Says:
Holy shit how awful would it be if I blew this and missed the putt?…Miss
@loganrotha4246 Says:
No he concentrated on the negative and it happened
@nikkotenki2843 Says:
Rory needs to try diferrent cadie, Hary is his friend and he would understand that. its part of Rory’s changes to try a diff. style.

From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
@DanWessonSpecialist Says:
Let’s talk about Bryson changing the head on the driver before the round. He couldn’t hit fairways. I think he runs away with it if he hadn’t changed it.
@turdferguson2839 Says:
At the PGA Championship Bryson was battling Shauffle and lost, Bryson shook his hand and congradulated him like a gentleman, at the US Open Rory was battling Bryson and lost, Rory runs to his car and speeds off like a spoiled brat.
@wbwright79 Says:
i'd be having concentrations issues too if i had been playing what amounted to major's for almost a straight month. i'd be understanding if most of the entire field w/d from Travelers. it's a BS schedule.
@Jdeneik Says:
Sorry but that was a putt that even the announcers who have a break sheet said the put was fairly straight. That was a difficult putt.
@petegalindez9961 Says:
I think Rory’s missed putts are symptoms of poor iron shots down the stretch putting his ball in bad spots….16 was a pretty easy putt, but 18 was in a bad position….I don’t think Rory is a great putter, but his iron game is so good, he is able to put his ball in spots that give him very good opportunities, e.g., straight up hill, or right to left uphill breakers…he doesn’t often leave himself downhill putts…but when he’s not winning, the irons usually let him down and leave him in poor spots to putt from and it looks like his putting lets him down…that said, he’s working with Brad and for most of the weekend he putting very well, even when his ball was in bad spots, so maybe that’ll improve….
@petegalindez9961 Says:
On the issue of players engaging the fans as much as Bryson did, yes…every Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup you see it…these guys need to engage the fans more as they are entertainers first and professional athletes second…

News Alert to The Golf Channel, and Serious Sane Listeners, While Many Major TV Network Media Naysayers, has given love to Rory Mcllroy, they might as well, tell him, his latest "Choke" Job, Have earned him a Position, on PGA Golf's, The Chokers Mountain. Just a Talkie Talk Thought, and Real Opinion Rory has youth on his side, to get off this Mountain by winning one or more Major. On The Other Hand, another Choke Job, could result in him, carving out a permanent spot, on the Mountain Of Chokers.
@Rafyc2000 Says:
Rory needs to revisit his last 4 Major wins and see what he was doing right back then to win those 4 majors. Go back to that swing coach he had back then. You can win more majors Rory!

@devonmccalla498 Says:
He just a Rory fan boy hell yeah he is the most talented guy too collapse like that. None of the other famous collapses were on the putting greens. Not making 2-3 foot putts at that level will live with him forever. Almost just as bad as the dude who choked away the British open back in the day.
@DanielC__ Says:
Always been a Rory fan but one thing he said several years ago sticks out. When asked by Feherty if he ever played the game for fun anymore and he said "no". I think that was very telling and I hated to hear it.
@MrSidzyik Says:
Bryson isnt doing youtube soley for money

@insideout144 Says:
He is smart for having that youtube channel he will get more fans by doing this!
@guitarswhiskeyandgolf Says:
He's a 4 time major champion which is already a great accomplishment not to mention all his other wins. Golf is brutal really brutal

@piffpete420 Says:
Rory’s collapse should be no surprise. He fumbles finishes even in regular PGA tour events most of the time.
@millecinematics Says:
That three putt broke a half a cup out side the hole come on now that’s tough
@davidyancey1994 Says:
He played great except for 2 putts. There's no reason for him to hang his head down. It was a tough course.
@BornIn1500 Says:
He didn't lack concentration at all! I'd argue that he concentrated TOO much. He was so nervous and concentrated on the last few holes that he crapped his pants. Gotta love all the commentators saying "well, Rory just didn't concentrate enough"... as if he lost because he didn't try hard enough. Puke! He wanted it so bad that he was fuming after he lost and stormed out without talking to the press or even shaking Bryson's hand.
@brandonwallick7504 Says:
It wasn’t lack of focus. He choked. It happens.
@mantisSbcc Says:
Everyone is talking about how Rory missed a close putt. Bryson missed a similar close putt and oh by the way Bryson had a few putts that barely missed…had they sunk we wouldn’t be having this conversation. He should have won by 4 strokes
@iambecomepaul Says:
YouTube golf is “a thing” and has been growing for a few years now. Might want to pay attention. Bryson is all in.
@tomdallas3690 Says:
Jaime Diaz was spot on about when Bryson would stand over those 6 to 8 footers. I mean, it just always felt like those putts were destined to go in the middle of the hole. Confident set up and stroke, even if a little rigid and unorthodox. Every putt he lines up inside 20 feet has the viewer thinking the putt is going in.
@jeremydavidson9194 Says:
Golf Channel compentators: by not mentioning Phil in this discussion of engaging fans, YOU are coming off as PETTY, SMALL, CLOWNS. You are fooling no one.
@tomdallas3690 Says:
Rory called off his engagement to Carolyn Wozniaki a week after the wedding invites went out. He did so with a three minute phone call (she thought he was joking). He then bullied his way through Mickelson and Fowler on 18 at the PGA a few months later, and almost hit his tee shot in the water (missed by about a foot). All because he wanted to not come back the next day to finish off the major victory (was getting dark quick). Just weeks ago he sent a process server to his house to hand his wife divorce papers, blindsiding her. Rory changed his phone number at that time, as well. She did not get attorneys, or put up a fight, and Mcilroy was likely shocked that she did not file a legal response to the divorce in court. She sat tight. He then probably thought about how the heck he would co-parent Poppy, his daughter. I mean, Rory takes no responsibility for anything, and likely dreaded the idea of having to have Poppy for just a few days where he would have to be a real parent on his own. He got to humiliate his wife, and now they are back together. Of course, when things get bad again, will he file divorce a second time? He also sued his former manager, as he tried to get out of tens of millions of rightfully owed commissions. He is not structurally sound. Greg Norman's father never approved of his becoming a golfer. Tom Weiskopf had a strained relationship with his father. Jack, Arnie, and Tiger all had strong bonds with their fathers, especially Jack and Arnie. Rory has conflict at the core of his being. Maybe not with parents, but who knows, but at the moment of truth he cannot do the right thing, and there is such a fine line in golf...clubhead speed, grip pressure, millimeters at contact, that all it takes is a little uncertainty at impact, just a fraction of conflict, doubt, or weakness, and you can have a tragedy. I might be the only person who thinks it was OK to not talk to the media. The look on his face on a few of those shots, with his hat turned up, is all we need to know. Total devastation and demoralization. I usually root against Rory, but I actually would like to see him win the Masters next year. It would be pretty heroic.
@markschulte-b4f Says:
Rory McElroy played great this week. He missed a couple putts at the worst moments, but played like the all star he is. He's one of the best we've seen.
@johnklaus9111 Says:
Sounds like Jack is questioning his choice now with Rory. It's about time. 😊
