This is the beginning of the downfall for the Tigers. I dont understand the collision between Keith and Baddoo which turned out to be costly for Detroit. That was Baddoo's ball all the way and Keith just kept running then knocked the ball outta Baddoos glove. I dont feel bad at all for Keith getting hurt. That was flat out stupid whst he did. These guys are supposedly major league players and a collision like that should never happen in a game. Keith got what he deserved and in the end that one run was the difference in the final result.

The tigers might be slightly better than last year, that's not saying too much. I mean, if scott harris and aj hinch stay in detroit for say ten years or more, including the time they've already been here, this tigers team during that time will rival the randy smith tigers for being the worst ever. Plus, after a game, aj doesn't seem to really care that much, jim leyland, you can fault him in certain areas, but one of those is absolutely not that he didn't care, he showed a lot of emotion, aj never shows any emotion or acts like he cares at all. One game in which jim leyland managed in his first season as manager, they lost 10 to 2 and ut just looked ugly, jim leyland after the game was straight up angry, and he said, that is not acceptable, we will not play that way, and most of the time jim leyland was manager in detroit, no they didn't win every game, but they were competitive, you believed they had a chance. Jim leyland was a manager that his players loved to play for, they respected him, and he stood up for his players, and demanded that they play at a high level. Where is that from aj hinch? I never wanted aj hinch ever, after jim leyland retired or was fired or whatever the case may be, i wanted joe madden, aj hinch had a stacked ball club in houston, plus, when he was fired none of his players stood up for him. Aj hinch is not the guy you want to build a winning culture from a losing culture, he's a very overrated manager. He's not on the level of managers that have built winning teams from the ground up, like jim leyland, like joe madden, like terry francona, like ozzie guillen, and on and on and on.
