Can’t wait to see Bryson, Patrick Reed and Phil Mickelson on the Ryder Cup team. Should be amazing!

Lucas should be on the ryder cup team NO QUESTION. His putter/putting is the clear winner. What a grind 2 weeks in a row. Very tough to do physically and mentally. A tip of my cap Go Lucas. Job well done. 👏

He's in. I will give you the team. Scheffler Wyndham Clark Patrick Cantlay Brian Harman Koepka Max Homa Schaufflee Spieth Cameron Young Rickie Fowler Lucas Glover Morikawa That has to be the team. You cannot deny Koepka, and you have to include Cameron Young. You cannot leave out Spieth, and you certainly must include Rickie Fowler. Schaufflee of course has b=to be included. You must include Lucas Glover, or else why even wait to make captain's picks? And you have to have Morikawa. You could never throw in Sam Burns, Justin Thomas, or Tony Finau over any of these guys. My 12 is the correct 12, and that is how it will land. It is the purest 12 you could have, other than going with Bryson, which you just cannot do. These 12 I listed are all deserving, and must me on the team. What are you going to do, Jump JT, Burns, or Finau over Cameron Young? I don't think so. Somehow, Keegan Bradley is the one guy who will be the forgotten man, who really won't get there no matter what. Kind of sad. JT has zero chance, as do Burns and Finau, so you would have to go with Keegan Bradley over Cameron Young or over Lucas Glover. You just cannot do it.

Thomas vs Glover is easy - Glover 100 times out of 100. Thomas is a mess right now - can't find his butt with both hands, especially on the greens. He needs to sort out his play before he will be good for much of anything. The Ryder Cup team also needs lunchbox guys rather than over-emotional "fire" prima donnas.

Good on you Lucas Glover.

The real story of this years Ryder Cup is on the European side with a total changing of the guard. No Sergio, Poulter., Westwood or Stenson. Don't underestimate their abilities on home soil. The US team rarely wins in Europe.

I’d take Glover with no question if he doesn’t implode in the next two events….he’s a grinder / fighter / an incredible putter - most importantly, he’s a winner - he’s been through hell and back with his putter and some family issues and here he is standing tall with two tourneys to go….I want him in the trenches with me with his boring khakis and white shirt smoothing 3 woods and 7 irons into greens and making 10 footers look like tap ins……he’s a Renaissance man…..go get em’ Lucas…..
@CindyFagerstrom-d2t Says:
CBS was ready to put this tournament in Cantley's pocket. Glover has the grit. Listening to some previous interviews with him over the last several years makes you appreciate his sucess.
@jvaughnp Says:
Honestly I like Justin Thomas but Chambeaux and Glover are trending. Popularity should not be a criterion. How about merit, grit, and scores! Thomas hasn't contended this year period.
@apexputter1141 Says:
That putting technique should’ve already been illegal. Is he not making an anchor with his left arm?!
@dandydon2541 Says:
Lucas would be a better choice for a captain's pick than Justin Thomas. Lucas has been playing/scoring much better than Justin the last several months.
