Senga pitched one third of an inning in the first, and in that one third of an inning, he gave up three runs. What kind of BS is this? The Mets obviously have a bunch of clowns for pitchers. And that Alonso is a joke. The only, bought and paid for, home run power hitter that stands there looking at strike 3 right down the heart of the plate. Hartwig is 3/10 in opportunities. Those opportunities in which he was successful, were games where the Mets were already blown out of the water. Why is he still pitching for the Mets? Don't bet on MLB sports baseball. It's all a racket.

This year gone. Doubt if keeping pitchers would make any difference, what if they were here in 2024? Are Vogelbach or Alvarez the hr hitters we need to carry us to playoffs in '24.? No! We need pitchers (6 starters, 2-3 long relievers and 1 closer and 1 short relievers. When spending a wad on the team the extra cash will help with acquiring talent. Go Mets!

WOW, everybody is amazed at all the stolen bases ACUNA has. That used to be an everyday ocurrence in the 70's, 80's and 90's, without bigger bases and stupid rules to give the base runners any advantage.

The Braves aren't the victim of bad in game management they are the victim of no in game management. Snit does nothing tactically. Every now and then in sports you'll get a coach or manager like him. The guys like him and are happy and they are talented enough to win on their own. He's a lucky man.

Game 117: Chirinos has an ERA of 9.33 since joining Atlanta. The offense almost brought us back but we lost at the end, I'm happy with 3 of 4. I'm excited to see them play the Yankees tomorrow, that will be a fun game.
