Dude has a fkin PhD in body movement, tendencies, reflexes and timing. You fkin flinch a little in the outfield, pick up the ball or throw the wrong way, he can track the flight of the ball and see if its way off, no velocity or on-point, you hesitate for a split second, and he is all over it. Like a fkin fly he sees the players and ball moving in slow motion👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

There’s teams in LA like Clippers and Angels. And then there’s real teams in LA like the Dodgers, Lakers, Kings, Rams. Yup. Ohtani is exactly where he needs to be. Lets go Dodgers!!!!

Ohtani and Judge are fighting the negative records of their time with healthy, dedicated effort. They are rivals, but they are also baseball heroes.

As an American, I've always felt somewhat guilty for not ever caring about baseball, "America's pastime". Now I finally start caring, but it's because of a Japanese player. Ironic.

Roger Maris went from 31 homers to 61 back down to 33, was he on steroids when he hit 61? Neither was Luis Gonzalez or Todd Helton when they reached 400 TB so stop the slander people
@Rivs5117 Says:
This has to be one of the top 5 greatest single seasons ever. He became the founding father of the Legendary 50/50 club and he became the 19th player ever to get 400 total bases 🐐

@RCSTILE Says:
Interesting how Judge's 140 RBI's, the first player to do that since 2011 is more impressive to the sports writers than Ohtani's 53/53 club, he's the only player in MLB history to do that or his 400 TB's, only the 5th to do that since 1959 and only the 11th in MLB history.

Nothing but respect for this very talented, humble, and handsome Japanese man. Shohei Ohtani is the GOAT of all sports!!!

@CaptainNippon Says:
I would like to congratulate Shohei Ohtani on getting 400 Total Bases this year. The last time any players reached 400+ Total Bases was in 2001, there were four players that year, unfortunately, this was during the "Steroid Era". I refuse to accept or recognize anyone from this era who used PEDs, they have tamed and dishonoured baseball. They cheated the game. Legitimately, the last person to reach 400+ was Jim Rice in 1978, he had 406 Total Bases and 86 XBH and won AL MVP that year. Before Jim Rice, Hank Aaron in 1959 with 400 Total Bases and 92 XBH. Aaron never repeated this feat again. Including the 50-50 club and 400 Total Bases what an incredible year Shohei.
