<<@anish91000 says : Next season Oscar undisputed #1, Lando #2 driver..all 13 yr old lando norris fans can go cry in the corner of the room>> <<@quigglyz says : If Piastri agrees to play second fiddle this year, his career is over. He will be expected to act like a 2nd driver forever.>> <<@rigobertoaguilar3636 says : Giving team orders in favor to that choke Fraudo Norris is hilarious. It's okay, he'll find a way to choke away more leads, he always does.>> <<@KarthikRaj-t6f says : Newey leaves RB and the car falls of the cliff, how is that correlating to newey's departure, the cars absolutely no where,....>> <<@simonansell3241 says : Oscar will leave if he’s given the shaft. Maybe he can replace Stroll in 2057.>> <<@russtaylor385 says : I like listening to Alex and Jake. Point 1. Point 2- McLaren clearly should have had the sense to prioritise drivers earlier. Who remembers who came second in a Championship? It’s all about winning and giving it your best shot. It’s a few races too late I think.>> <<@MaxFromSydney1 says : Norris getting all the upgrades before Piastri won’t wash next season.>> <<@andrewhull3808 says : Norris has received updates first for as long as Piastri has been there, no change at all. Eg, Miami 2024.>> <<@tea_bags341 says : Needing help to win a championship cause you slower has no glory to the win>> <<@mintoxace5571 says : Absolute rubbish decision. If lando can’t bear Oscar he doesn’t deserve to be world champ.>> <<@diane-x6d says : McLaren are being strategic. This version of team orders sound ok, especially with 8 races to go>> <<@chrisfloyd7316 says : What points has Lando taken from Oscar? He has a 44-point lead and 13-3 in quali. The only person who was given team orders is in the lead, and McLaren doesn't seem to realize that>> <<@samthomas6045 says : Piastri is closer to Lando than he is to max. Pretty late in the day to now enforce orders.>> <<@mini696 says : It's not Oscar's job to win the title for Lando.>> <<@brandonhollis9882 says : Wow….some of the comments in this section when discussing team orders reminds me of the old quote “It’s better to remain quiet and be perceived as stupid than open your mouth and remove all doubt”. There are some really stupid statements in here. Bottom line - NOTHING has happened yet, no orders have been given, no points taken away from Oscar….just chill the f*** out and let things play out. It’s very likely team orders won’t be needed because Lando will be ahead and faster…as he has been for the majority of the season.>> <<@ropekd1681 says : Shows what an impressive individual Piastri is>> <<@Moss-h9t says : Oscar V Max WDC...Oscar. all day and Sunday. The only driver that could test him right now...Lewis and that is Formula 1.>> <<@Surfsaus says : What a laugh. Lando has been prioritised all year. So basically Lando will continue to be prioritised and oscar will be punished for winning a race. Lol. So basically Piastri's points are not good enough for McLaren? Piastri will leave those losers first opportunity. What's next? Is Lando gonna need grid orders in Max and Charles getting out of poor little lando's way? McLaren have gifted the title to Max or Charles.>> <<@slopat2503 says : Norris is such a bad liar.>> <<@ArthurKent-rk4tb says : As an answer to yer question simply Oscar is terribly astonishingly surprisingly waaaay too mature for his age🎉>> <<@phillipkeep7037 says : Lando has been given pit stop priority all season, so confirming what I already knew.>> <<@albundy5992 says : Mclaren behave like they're a new team and have never been in this position before 🤪>> <<@apopapava7602 says : all this discussion about team orders is bsht, let them race if Norris needs points let hi go and get it not given up from Oscar>> <<@Naughtystimpy says : Piastri can easily win the Championship especially if Lando has to help him win. Piastri is the better and more deserving driver at McLaren to be No.1. It's absolutely idiotic and grossly unfair to make Piastri No.2 just to favour Lando when both can win the Championship and Piastri if anything is faster! McLaren are making a huge mistake changing the rules midseason. I wouldn't stay with McLaren if I was Piastri or would sue them for breach of contract as his contract states he will have equal status in the team>> <<@TL-xw6fh says : I hate all these team orders. Let the better racer win on the day.>> <<@crazychimp1324 says : I think that team orders would be fair and the team hasn’t expected to be so competitive. But the team have made a series of mistakes that have hindered Oscar and with our landos luck in miami I think Oscar would be at least level on points with lando>> <<@Baz-er6it says : Sounds like you're trying to make it sound complicated because it suits you to create a stir. Piastri has made numerous attacks on Norris which in the end have cost places & wins, and could have ended disastrously. Instead of a 1-2 at Monza they ended up 2-3, costing the team 10/11 points. If Piastri is leading they're not promising to invert the drivers, which maintains their sporting credentials, but are leaving an open framework to maximise the opportunities for the team. Rather than make a noose for themselves they can make a choice for the circumstance. Piastri has no realistic chance of winning WDC this year unless Red Bull completely implode but can choose not to hinder his team mate with the team's input. If Verstappen stages a resurgence, Ferrari or Mercedes take top spots or Lando has a DNF then all bets will be off anyway, as the gap will be too large and the team can let them be.>> <<@MrAlex- says : The real reason he accepts team orders is because it’s in his contract and if he doesn’t, you’ll be walking home all the way back to Australia>> <<@ClinicalDecisionYikesYT says : Lando doesn’t even deserve the championship. He’s driven in quite a lackadaisical fashion apart from Zandvoort.>>
