The pass game was well defended for the first half of the game. The Raiders were fully prepared to blitz Herbert and cover the main WRs. Once the run game got going, the Raiders had to change defense. Justin got most of his yards in the 2nd half. But at that point, it was clock management. Which is what Staley stunk at. And the Cowboys game was hero ball. That's what happens when you over rely on your QB's arm. I agree with Brou, they are showing the run game early. Showing the culture change.
