<<@nerexxnerexx9012 says : You think if a max or a lewis would sit in that mclaren we would have these "team order " discussions ??? No and i tell you why because max and lewis both have the Championship mentality and the nerven to win a Championship. If they get a dominant machine they dominate . No flaws no missed wins they simply dominate. They dominate to such a extent that there isnt even a discussion of should their respective teams even use team orders because of their second driver . They are simply destroying their teammates. I mean mclaren has had the fastest car every single weekend since miami ( only monaco is the exception) and they have only won 3 races . Norris did only manage to win 2 . Norris isnt Championship material ,yes he may have the raw speed most of the time but consistency and mindset are things he is lacking heavily>> <<@ThatOneDude7 says : I agree with what Lewis said. McLaren could have gone for a one stop if they didn't push as hard as they did. It was gonna be an easy 1-2.>> <<@lukadzidic8211 says : I'm sure it'll be a shit analysis knowing who it comes from but it absolutely was a Ferrari win, not McLaren's loss, Norris didn't show anything that would make a sane person (read non british person) think that he would be significantly faster once in the lead so even if he kept it, Leclerc would have tailed them both just as he did in the race that unfolded. Both McLaren drivers confirmed they had no way to do a 1 stop even with more tyre saving but I'm sure the armchair experts know better. Fucking hell, when is Ferrari gonna get some credit to their name. Yes it was a gamble, but much less so when you consider how well that car preserves its tyres, especially when you knowingly save them on the first few introductory laps as Leclerc did... All that being said, the one stop was just marginally better than the two stop, so with an outright slower car (not by alot but still), Ferrari still needed some things to align in order to win it. Slow pit stops from McLaren definitely helped and Sainz holding up Piastri for almost an entire lap did help too, he made him lose alot of time in S1 and most of S2 before he was free to chase Leclerc.>> <<@DestructiveCon says : bullshit take, Mclaren choked the strat and sold. Just accept it.>> <<@weallfollowmanutd says : I honestly have to laugh my head off at how overrated both Norris and Piastri are. Its ok saying Norris has made too many errors this season, but Piastri somehow hasnt even managed one pole in this McLaren thats the fastest car out there>> <<@mikewallace1723 says : McLaren could be leading the constructors championship now. By racing so early, the driver caused this. Money is earned by constructors. They may still win it, but if they don’t….. there are 3 teams who are in with a chance. Would think most teams have first lap rules? Drivers always think about themselves, but there are times when they need their team mate to take points off others. Crashing out means zero points in both championships. Not clever!>> <<@ClinicalDecisionYikesYT says : what a cope title it was ABSOLUTELY an MCL failure>> <<@volvogt21 says : Lots of Norris sooking happening by all. By the start of next season Piastri will be the faster and far superior driver if he isnt already. Norris knows this may be his only opportunity.>> <<@ColdTakes585 says : Piastri has been the stronger driver this season on race days, no chance he’s gonna give up positions to Norris now when he can’t stop bottling. By next season, he will be the clear No. 1 driver. British media won’t say it, but it’s true. He either gets at least equal treatment, or he leaves>> <<@mintoxace5571 says : Totally disagree. If Lando and Oscar weren’t trying to set fastest lap every lap after the first round of stops, they could have managed their tyres and stayed ahead of Leclerc as they were 1 and 2. McLaren’s stuffed this one up as well.>> <<@Hello_there_obi says : The amount of idiots on here approving no team orders is insane 😂>> <<@aveshsaiyed11 says : Same thing should be applied to Silverstone then.>> <<@Foxvalleyproduction says : Where does all the points the management has pissed away not kill moral in the team, or how do you follow a team leader that doesnt do the best in overall points and who needs the points.>> <<@philips6182 says : It’s honestly going to be a bit hard to see how these Ferrari upgrades really improve because the next couple races Baku and Singapore are street circuits with more 90 degree corners that would suit Ferrari anyway. Not until we go to COTA will the cars be properly tested with medium and high speed turns where before Ferrari suffered with>> <<@nfpnone8248 says : It was a McLaren loss, and Leclerc played them like a drum while Piastri and Norris were busy fighting each other over nothing!>> <<@Mik1604 says : Norris’ starts were already an issue in his F3 days. It’s not going to get better.>> <<@stormforce7599 says : I am very happy for Charles and Ferrari on their home race.>> <<@Ksen-pg7se says : McLaren threw away the championship and caused a rift in the team in Hungary already by burning Norris. It's probably the most amateurish decision in sport this year.>> <<@Slipstream_merchant says : Let them race, if Lando can’t win fairly then he doesn’t deserve the title.>> <<@jdmgearhead960 says : What’s the point of lando giving the win to pastri with his engineer saying it will take a team and pastri to win, to then have his teammate attack him on the first lap? Is Lando wants this win he need to be a savage like a Hamilton or Verstappen>> <<@rulifaller8474 says : Problem is that Norris’ performances do not feel good enough to justify Piastri being a side show for half of the season. If this would be Max v Lewis at the peak of their powers it would be an easy discussion, their team mates should help. But given the car performance over the whole season the driver title should actually be a shoe in for Lando, and his and the teams mistakes are much more important than the two Piastri situations.>> <<@Tjescoo says : If Norris needs Piastri to slow down, then maybe Norris is just too slow.>> <<@j.s3300 says : No>> <<@flankerado21 says : 9:30 Whart are you on about? Piastri less competitve? Its not his fault norris chokes during race starts and cannot capitalize on poll positions. Its clear piastri has the momentum now and lando is being found out.>> <<@justinbennitt835 says : If Leclerc's tyres had've shat the bed on the last lap, everyone would be applauding McLaren's perfect strategy. Ferrari won on a gamble, and it's good to see them being competitive again, but they took a chance for a home win that could've been disastrous.>> <<@notorious_nrsa says : Piastri will become exactly like his manager Webber if McLaren prioritises Lando. He'll be finshed>> <<@apopapava7602 says : I dont get it what is this all discussion about team orders?? you talk as funs of F1 because if you are funs then let them race, otherwise is a rubbish discussion>> <<@memrjohnno says : Nando didn't even think Oscar would mug him but he will from now onward. Disgraceful behaviour by all accounts.>> <<@danielvilliers612 says : Lando is 1 year younger, not a fair bit younger. He has been their for 5 season, that people think he is much older.>> <<@WH0oo... says : NORL 140 | 144 PIA since MCO. Despite not qualifying as well as NORL, he is converting better.>> <<@vasekkosar3931 says : The 3 really poor races after Monaco really hurt now. If Charles had finished at least like 5 in Canada, Austria and the UK, he'd be right up there and Ferrari would be very near the top as well...>> <<@davideg5947 says : Piastri is doing an excellent job. I love that there are no team orders.>> <<@KostasAmarantinis says : If norris loses this championship you know who fault it is😅piastri>>
