Everybody has been saying they are sick of talking about the money in golf, that it's turning fans off! I don't care, it's not my money, if the players can get that kind of money more power to them. What I am tired of hearing about seems to be a recurring theme lately. How hard life on the tour is! This podcast had a very similar theme. Lexi has been doing this since she was 12 so she has been at it 17 years ........ she's made a lot of money .......... go do what makes you happy if this life isn't what makes you happy any longer. As for the mens side, we are a little more than half way through the golf season correct? I have a very good paying job, but it is very demanding, I worked over 3000 hours last year which averages out to a little more than 8 hours a day every single day of the year! I actually do 12 hour rotating (nights and days) shifts which sometimes turns into 18 hour shifts if somebody calls in sick. So I didn't actually work everyday! But, the point is I am probably spending more time away from my family than a tour golfer is and I go home to my wife every day. Anyway, I looked up my salary via the IRS and I am a top 15% earner in this country according to them. I would be 182nd on the current PGA Tour money list ..................... for my yearly earnings! So I will probably be farther down that list by the time the season is done! The person in 181st on the money list is averaging almost $5000 earned per round played this year. So, in short I am tired of hearing about how hard the tour life is, what a struggle it can be mentally blah blah blah .........I work that many hours and still manage to work at my golf game hard enough to be a 10 handicap at 58 years old after six knee surgeries. If you can't make it you can't make it. I had dreams of being a race car driver growing up, it didn't pan out! That's life! You want to turn me off of watching golf and yours and others podcasts, keep selling this woe is me the tour life is so hard story! I hope they all make as much money as they possibly can, but please quit telling me how the life is so hard! You play golf for a living, some of us risk our health and lives to make our money. People need to quit losing perspective! Most of the people in this country are making $50k a year or less.

Lexi has a weird fetish of trying to dress to impress on Instagram, trying to wear sexy dresses, etc., while also having a man's body. I noticed it years ago. Then she would quit social media cold turkey, but always come back. Now she is continuing with something called the Lexi App. She is still in huge trouble. Make no mistake, she has blatantly cheated multiple times and is one of golf's all-time chokers. I mean, it is serious business when you cheat. She never really got called out enough for the cheating. Even Nicklaus and others who chimed in would state...."I don't think she was intending to cheat", when it was obvious to everyone who wasn't a public figure that she cheated. She has been protected. Listen, when you miss numerous one foot putts, many of the misses not even touching the hole, there are issues. She is a trainwreck. There is a video of her missing a one-footer on the 18th hole of a final round where some lady in the audience lets out an audible laugh/cackle while Lexi scratches he arse at the moment of the laugh. She is heading for even more trouble. She is still going to play, probably will play the majors. She is trying to take the pressure off of herself by having an excuse to not perform next year. And her new endeavors aren't having her go quietly into the night (like Ochoa). It will never be smooth sailing for her. At some point in the next few years she will crash and burn again. That is the sad reality.
