He seems not to have as much flexibility in his shotmaking as some of the other top players, especially on the height of shots. What he has been doing isn't working, staying on the same path isn't going to get him where he wants to go. Homa doesn't need to work on hit attitude so much as his putting. He had as about as many good chances as Scheffler, but had a lot of misses. On the back 9, Scheffler was hitting aggressive shots to conservative targets on the par 5 holes. On 13, he had been right twice and gotten away with it once. Today, he was clearly aiming at the back left quadrant of the green and hit it. On 15, you could see on TV that he was set up at the right side of the green and hit the ball in the bunker with his cut. As a European I was rooting for Ludvig and really felt anyone of the four at the top of the leader board had a genuine chance of winning, thar all ended at 11 and 12 with the 3 doubles and Scottie was freed up and put on the afterburners. Can't wait for the PGA😊😊>>
