<<@ABCurry30 says : I like the part where u broke down the masterclass... Oh wait, u didn't coz u dont know sht lmao>> <<@parmvirvirk8959 says : I wonder if McLaren would get LH back lol. Let's be honest, if he was in that car, they'd win a title. And even as a LH fan, MV is already an all time great. His driving has been mega.>> <<@jonyivre4541 says : Here's exactly what Lewis Hamilton should have (and could have) done at the end of the very last race of 2021.>> <<@ScuderiaFans says : Would love to see a win for Ferrari in Vegas. Especially for Charles after yesterday! Lets go racing in Vegas 🔥 Have a good trip 🙌🏼 ❤🇮🇹 Forza C² ❤❤💪🏽💪🏽 💚🤍❤ Forza Ferrari! 💚🤍❤>> <<@roywilson1703 says : W>> <<@hh-jy1ld says : I’d rather see a resurgent Ferrari, McLaren, or Aston Martin instead of Mercedes back in front.>> <<@kregwhite2543 says : Sprints need 2 free sessions before parc ferme>> <<@bobbymoto1675 says : Formula 1 needs to decide whether it is an engineering challenge or a racing spectacle. The current aero package is a tough technical challenge, but sucks for racing. The constant shuffle of team performances would be thrilling if it were due to racing, but it isn't. Watching drivers who could put on a hell of a show languishing at the back of the pack simply because their setup isn't absolutely perfect is depressing. Just look at Alonso this year. His racing skill doesn't oscilllate between podium contender and lapper, so why on earth should the car be so finicky? I doubt the regulations intended to inflict this much pain, but I really hope the next rule set learns from this experience and focuses on less finicky perfomance differentiators. We certainly have a grid full of talented drivers and a functional feedback loop that encourages more fair development and exciting racing. Just need a rule set that makes the most of it.>> <<@wraitheful says : Checo is in the right seat. It’s Max’s car but few can handle that and now Sergio’s helped deliver 2 championships.>> <<@Oilatumify says : Damn you did Lando dirty>> <<@henkormel5610 says : Was Mercedes good in Austin? Hamiltons car was fast but checked out non compliant. Russells car wasn't that fast and was not suspicious in that regard. In Mexico the draggy cars don't carry that penalty. At Interlagos Mercedes expected to do well for no reason at all. Just on the heritige of last year. Wolff isn't a good team boss but he is a very succesfull financial expert. He is lacking the support of Lauda.>> <<@marianne1555 says : Sam praise Verstappen, I shall not... Ok he's WDC but nothing more. No one dare to fight him, he took his reign by bullying. This year he didn't have to fight he only had to watch his tires. So to call him one of the greatest 😅😅😅 On the contrary, watching a Fernando 👍👏 I see a master class, intelligence and finesse driving.>> <<@ElmalditoProfeta says : so everyone gonna underlook Stroll´s performance?>> <<@No1.SPEAKINGTHETRUTH says : Although Alonso has just 2 world championships, he's 100% a true great of the sport, and if he hadn't of gone down the route of being political, he would of definitely of won more championships. Alain Prost was very similar in his approach, working behind the scenes by trying to be a bit 2 faced by telling one person something, but telling somebody else the complete opposite. Great if it works, but in Alonso's case it most certainly didn't work, and time and time again, he ended up in a team with a car that couldn't deliver him another world title. His talent deserves at least 3-4 world titles, but his behind the scenes politicking cost him dearly. I've absolutely LOVED seeing him back on the podium so many times this season, after such a long long time without many. It just shows that, even at his age, the talent, fight and hunger is still there, it's great to see again>> <<@RaySpillane says : Kinda going a blue in the face from all this Max dominance stuff. He hasn't even got out of the blocks yet. This is only year three of championships for him & the team and as history might suggest there are a few more to go. I didn't have live F1 or the added benefit of social media during the Prost/Senna years but were people really going on to the same extent about the dominance of them and McLaren at the time or was everybody just sitting back and lauding then for their brilliance and talent. Reality check for everyone, all sports have periods of dominance by an individual or team. Take Senna, Prost, Schumacher, Vettel, Hamilton in F1 or Manchester United or Federer or The All Blacks. In some sports the cycles are shorter but in others they can seem to to on forever, even perhaps a whole generation (God forbid). So let's just sit back and enjoy the brilliance of Red Bull and Verstappen now as we did with Hamilton and Mercedes and all others before them & just hope that someone can come up with the goods to offer up some sort of competitive car/driver combination to challenge them in the near future. Also any thoughts on reducing the DRS activation period from 1 second to 0.5 seconds to get rid of this 'sitting duck' scenario on long straights in F1. Jeez it's so predictable and tedious - 'he's got the DRS' on this lap thing 'he's going to make the pass' - that's not racing. Look at the passes made before DRS was enabled in Sao Paulo before DRS was enabled, made just by getting into the spilstream of the car in front.>> <<@HuhHa-pm8fc says : Alonso is incredible>> <<@msagoo29 says : Toto does his teams morale no favours, by constantly slagging off the aero department in public.>> <<@Mandykiss4500 says : Mercedes have proven that they were basically Engine Merchants, they got the Aero right enough for the Old Regulations, but it’s Proof that Mercedes actually don’t have a Top Aero Department to understand the Complex Ground Effect Cars…>> <<@No1.SPEAKINGTHETRUTH says : Listen, do NOT get me wrong, Mercedes GP team are a brilliant team/organisation. However, if you're being honest with yourself, then you have to agree that most of the seasons that Mercedes won their titles, they didn't have the best designed car. What they had was a good designed car, but with an engine/power unit that was so far ahead of the other engines, that it was like all the other engines wer😢e GP2 engines. Now that is obviously to Mercedes/Daimler engine manufacturers and development teams credit. The one HUGE fact in that whole time, was that Ferrari, Honda, Renault were NOT allowed to work on their engines to develop them. They were given tokens at the start of the season and could only use 3 of the allocated tokens on engine development, and not only that, but those regulations were in place for the next 5 years, basically handing the next 5 titles to Mercedes. In that time, it was Lewis vs Rosberg and the next season Rosberg beating Lewis, and then Bottas signed up to be Lewis's Rubens Barichello, all the while though, it was widely accepted that Red Bull had the best car but the Renault engine was crap, not allowing Red Bull to challenge for titles, just some race wins. Here's a thing that has been overlooked, Mercedes Benz parent company Daimler, have steadily reduced their shares in the Mercedes F1 team, where now the team is owned by 3 even partners, which is Toto Wolfe, Petronas and Ineos all owning a 33% stake each. The Mercedes F1 team have far less help from Daimler and Mercedes Motorsports, and if you can't see that since Daimler sold of their shares and Toto bought them, the team has gone backwards. Whereas the new regulations and a brilliantly designed Red Bull with a Honda power unit in it that's finally caught up to the Mercedes engine, now you see the massive difference between the two teams. Aston Martin is a Mercedes engine buyer and they were the 2nd best team in the 1st half of the season and McLaren are another Mercedes engine buyer and thet are now the 2nd best team, and you've had Ferrari being on it one week and off the next, but when your customer teams are beating you, that is really bad. They don't have the luxury Mercedes have of designing their car around the engine and power unit like Mercedes F1 team does. The customer teams are always starting on the back foot compared to the supplier's team because the supplier has a huge head start on them. That's why McLaren left Mercedes and partnered with Honda because Ron Dennis the McLaren team principal said that they would never beat Mercedes while they were buying engines from them because of the head start they always had. Now that McLaren Honda partnership was a disaster, but Red Bull partnered with them and they have won the last 3 drivers titles and 2 constructors titles. I think the more Daimler pull out of the Mercedes F1 organisation, the more likely you will see them go downhill. Their cheif designer has been 'sacked' even though he designed most of the title winning cars too, plus James Allison has been brought back after being moved to another job away from the track and design of the car. Its a slowly but surely sinking ship, even the 'almighty' Lewis Hamilton cant do much with it. I know that was a long one folks but there was a lot to cover, but sorry about the length of it, but the information is correct and makes you think>> <<@djblc2201 says : Er not really dude. Albon held his line. Magnusson squeezed them all and he's at fault. Racing incident ? Yeah but just.>> <<@reinier123 says : I have yet to see any evidence Leclerc' crash wasn't driver error. It's nice to yell about hydraulics but drivers are always shifting blame with teams protecting them. There is no clear video angle that exists of the incident. Until someone can show that to me it's just as likely he messed up with his driving than anything else.>> <<@swoondrones says : The Mercedes cars won't set up probably because they didn't have the time to and they had to keep the cars the same after qualifying so they couldn't do anything.>> <<@TL-xw6fh says : Mercedes now having an Aston Martin moment! Can't understand what happened with their cars.>> <<@jamesletts2209 says : Before we get started, NO, I AM NOT CULTLH! 💁🏻‍♂️ I’ll be honest and say that Max is talented, but I really don’t rate him as highly as what others do, and frankly, I rate him as the worst triple champion 💁🏻‍♂️ his last 2 championships, he’s had no competition, not even from his teammate! Senna, Prost, Lauda, Lewis, are just some of the drivers who had a dominant car at one point or another in their careers and still had a challenge from their teammates if not from drivers in another team 💁🏻‍♂️ and his first, yes, was gifted as rules were thrown out of the window! Yes, I agree Max deserved his first championship based on his performance across the whole season, but not on that fucked up joke of a day! 💁🏻‍♂️ So, talented, but not highly rated for me! And may I remind the Max arse kissers, I AM NOT CULTLH! So you can do one with that comeback 🖕🏻>> <<@ginomone1878 says : Funny how autosport always blames max for being to agressieve, yet Lewis has driven in to 3 drivers this year alone. Not to mention All the incidents vwith Albon and his early career . You (motorsport) are so called yournalist, cant you see the connection in having the fastest car and driving in the front and having no accidents?! Lewis was early career no clean driver like any champ, but he was given the fastest car so he didnt have to get his elbows out. That now different. But your hate for max is clouding your judgement.>> <<@alicekoppenol-pitti6257 says : How did Mercedes get it so wrong. Is correlation between Sim and real life that bad? I guess Ferrari is not the only one who needs to have a good hard look at the organisational structure.>> <<@brentmcknight5344 says : Lando is the new Hulkenburg>> <<@NewReflex says : The minister of defence just got trumped>> <<@john-9074 says : It was only a short while ago Hamilton said he was happy and could fight competitively with the car. Now he can’t wait to bin it. What happens if next year's car is a dud or a modest improvement? Isn’t it better to be stoic? Say less and manage expectations. Let your performance speak for itself. It just strikes me that when a team is trying to rebuild, it can’t help team moral when key representatives keep running their mouth and criticizing the car.>> <<@moiz04 says : Drivers at back on grid were playing rocket league IRL>> <<@fillusrahim-xy9ib says : Just the cycle of F1....>> <<@WilsonCo. says : sergio perez lost his minister of defense badge today and redbull seat last week>> <<@Chyeahokay says : I think people sleep on the redbull cars during the mercy’s championship years. The red bulls never had good powerunits from 2014 until 2020. Merc and Ferrari refused to supply them, knowing they always had good aero and design. It’s no coincidence, that once redbull got a decent powerunit. That they could mount a fight.>> <<@Jude74 says : If Lewis wants a better car, he needs to get his butt into a simulator. He’s acting like it’s still 2012. One of the big reasons why Max’s car is so good is because he drove the hell out of that simulator and helped them design the car he’s driving today. Put your fashion line down and go to a simulator Lewis.>> <<@Whatisthisstupidfinghandle says : Put Alonso in a RedBull next year. Give us some sparks ⚡️!>> <<@BlueJazzBoyNZ says : Wow Alonso That's how it's done !!!!>> <<@TipoF129B says : 9:50 Mercedes descent started with departure of Andy Cowell.>> <<@formula1africa says : Max>Hamilton>> <<@richcoburn6555 says : While Max is driving exceptionally well, the takeaway is the brilliance of Red Bull compared to everyone else - the car is phenomenal, the strategy calls have been excellent, the pit work consistently quick and they have had crazy good reliability. I take nothing away from Max, but to say that this season would elevate him to GOAT is premature.>> <<@Arash14 says : That was a masterclass of racing by the Great Fernando Alonso Grande Fernando 🐐🔥👺🔥>> <<@markntexas8265 says : The further Mercedes gets from Ross Braun the slower they get. Weird huh Lewis isn’t the dominating driver without a .5 sec advantage everyone claimed he was.>> <<@Melbourne-s4x says : Lando can wait, had his chance & threw it away.>> <<@JohnWiku says : Alonso is the Spanish Minister of defense and ATTACK!! What a masterclass on PROPER racing!!>>
