And speaking of final’s; it is only 1 game, take for an example Maradona who had without any question the best world cup performance by any player in the history, he had little bit weak game in the final, but that does not take away the fact that he dominated all the other games (the main reason why Argentina Even came to the final). Messi in his Prime would have scored 40 goals or more in PL for City, I am sure about that, but Messi in 22/23 would not Even reach 30. Maybe 20-25 at best. Still, the way Messi carried Argentina in the World Cup was an amazing performance. I think that was my happiest moment ever in football, when Messi lifted the world cup-trophy that made him without any question the greatest player of all time! Will we ever see a player like him again?
